Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes quickly and consistently in a fast-paced, sports-centered environment. A passion for food, a team-first attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are key to success in this role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to restaurant standards

  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications

  • Work all stations (grill, fryer, sauté, prep, etc.) as needed

  • Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift

  • Collaborate with other kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service

  • Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory

  • Participate in daily kitchen cleaning and maintenance routines

  • Follow all health and safety regulations


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a line cook or prep cook

  • Valid Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain one)

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Strong multitasking skills and a sense of urgency

  • Team player with strong communication skills

  • Physical stamina — able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
